Legal — Privacy

Privacy, in plain language.

Concierge only collects what it needs to make your video. Here is what that is, how we use it, and how long we keep it.

01

What we collect

When you request alpha access: your email, name, company, role, and anything optional you add (staging URL, what the video should show, how you heard about us). We use it only to review your request and contact you about the alpha.

The staging URL you share, the brief you write, and — if your app needs a login — the test username and password you provide.

A job ID and timestamps for each run.

02

Site usage

We record which pages you visit, which main buttons you click, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link, and your screen width. This is tied to a random ID stored in your browser — no cookies, no IP address, no advertising networks.

If you request alpha access, that random ID is saved with your request so we can see how you found us. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, none of this is recorded.

03

How we use it

Everything you submit is used to run your Concierge job: planning the shoot, capturing your product, writing narration, and rendering the film.

Test credentials are only used by the capture browser to sign in to your staging app. They are never shown back to you or anyone else.

04

How long we keep it

Test credentials are deleted once your video is delivered.

Job details — staging URL, brief, status, and the finished video — are kept so we can help if you contact support about a run.

05

Who processes it

Alpha requests are stored in our private database. Hosting: Netlify. Video production runs on our own pipeline infrastructure and storage.

We do not sell your data or use your staging content to advertise.
