Terms of the run.
The short version: Concierge is in private alpha. We invite a small cohort, make one film each, and if it goes wrong on our side we make it right.

The service
During the private alpha, Concierge is a single autonomous run against the staging app you provide, delivering one downloadable MP4 of about 60 seconds per invited job.
Alpha access
Requesting access does not guarantee an invite. We review requests by hand and invite in small cohorts.
Alpha runs are not charged. If a run fails on our side or misses your brief, reply to any email from us and we will re-run it.
Your responsibilities
Only share staging apps you are allowed to access, and only use test accounts. Never share production credentials or real customer data.
Make sure the staging URL is reachable from the public internet for the duration of the run.
Delivery
We aim to deliver the same day. During Phase 1 this is a best effort, not a guaranteed service level.
